To secure your child's place at Ethelburga Early Years, a non-refundable registration fee of £85 is required. Once this fee is paid, your child's place will be confirmed. 

If you would like to visit the nursery before completing the registration process, please call the nursery to arrange an appointment. 

Please note that all fees are due and payable in advance during the first week of each month and payments should be made via bank transfer. Our fees are designed to provide a flat rate per month, taking into account the closure days throughout the year. 

While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, there may be exceptional circumstances when the nursery needs to close on short notice for the safety and well-being of the children. Please note that in such cases, fees will still be payable.

Additionally, it is important to understand that full fees remain due during any period of a child's absence, including for holidays and illnesses, as well as during bank holidays. This policy ensures that we can continue to deliver quality care and resources, regardless of attendance.
