Our Aim & Objectives

We believe in supporting children’s play activities by engaging them in meaningful conversations and appropriate interactions.

Our approach is designed to provide challenging learning opportunities tailored to build upon their interests and capabilities, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Our collaboration with parents is essential to ensure that each child is appropriately supported. We encourage children to make their own choices and engage independently with a variety of activities and resources.

Furthermore, we manage the transition between home and the nursery setting with sensitivity and care.

In nurturing an environment of respect, we emphasize the importance of understanding and valuing diversity within our community. By integrating British Values into our daily routine, we aim to foster a sense of connection and belonging among children as we engage with local resources.

We also prioritise the role of our staff as positive role models in their relationships, ensuring that children learn through observation. To maintain the highest standards of learning and teaching, we are committed to providing our staff with ongoing training and development opportunities.
